Otherwise we take the risk to not achieve what we want or to get exhausted, or both. On the contrary, when we develop and live our energy strategy then our projects become sustainable, our team liberate their full creative potential and we can embody the art of living that suits us, and lead by example.

OUR HISTORY

​

During more than 15 years of international and entrepreneurial experiences in more than 10 countries, I was constantly in search for a healthy and efficient balance to be able to develop myself as well as ambitious projects for private companies and foundations.

 Up to the point that it has become my expertise!

 

In order to find the keys to answer that question:

"How to thrive and fulfill my projects, while taking care of my energy?"

I have explored the ancient asian philosophies for their holistic approach, the techniques by sport champions for the realisation of their ambitions, the firefighters experiences for their art to cope with emergency and uncertainty, the last neurosciences research on emotional intelligence, the economic systemic approach, new collective intelligence techniques...

 

Enriched with theses inspirations, so that they become tailor-made keys for each of my clients, I was trained as professional coach and continue to learn and develop impactful coaching and pedagogy techniques.  And above all, I have experimented myself all these tools and techniques that I have adpated and improved for the corporate world.
